Stock gift shop items may be returned for a refund up to 10 days after purchase for credit card purchases (sorry, we cannot offer cash refunds).  Stock items may be exchanged for other items, or store credit, up to 30 days after purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Tailor-made or custom ordered items are non-refundable.
